~Alternates are full members of the team with the exception of competitions.  Participation of all members in competition routines will be determined on a case by case basis.

The parent meeting is tentatively scheduled for May 24th at 7pm at the high school in Room A-130.

The Bartlett High School Dance Team competed at the Team Dance Illinois (TDI) State Dance Competition in Peoria, Illinois on Sunday, March 6th.  They qualified both their hip-hop and lyrical routines.  Their lyrical dance finished in 5th place, while their hip-hop routine took 4th place in the AAA category.  There were over 270 school dance teams who competed this past season around the state at regional dance competitions all with the goal to qualify for the state competition.  Bartlett was also one of ten schools to place in the top 5 in two categories in AAA.  Congratulations to the girls for an excellent season.  A big thank you goes out to Coach Meagen and Coach Gina for preparing the girls during the season.  We will conclude the season with the annual banquet at Bartlett Hills Country Club on Tuesday, April 12th.

On Sunday, January 23rd, the BHS Dancers placed 1st in Hip Hop at the Wheaton North TDI Dance Competition.  They also qualified their lyrical routine for the state competition, placing 2nd in the AAA Division. The TDI State Championships will be held in Peoria on March 6th. 

The girls will be competing at the Geneva Dance Contest on Sunday, February 6th at Geneva Community High School, performing both their hip-hop and lyrical routines.  Come out and support the team!

On Sunday, January 9, 2011, the Bartlett Dance Team took first place in AAA Hip Hop at the TDI Dance Competition hosted by Batavia High School.  There was high-energy throughout the routine.  Their first place finish qualified the team to compete at the State Dance Competition in Peoria this March.   Way to go!
